Our Coolray HVAC service technician, Harry Cerny, ...

Our Coolray HVAC service technician, Harry Cerny, just completed the annual check up of our AC systems and all is well. Harry has been servicing our system since it was installed over ten years ago and one major remodel of the house. We have a very complicated system with 3 units (two 2-stage gas furnaces with steam humidifiers, one heat pump,) which are all interfaced with a 13 zone Crestron Home Automation system. Harry has kept this system up and running to our great satisfaction and comfort. He has been instrumental in working out any problems with our Home Automation technicians.
We have been so pleased with Harry's work that we maintain a service contract with Coolray with the understanding that Harry services the machines. The office staff at Coolray have always been friendly and accommodating in scheduling all service appointments.
