The electronic toll booth is convenient. But it left an out of state passenger like me a bit confused on when and how I will be billed. I glanced E470 website and probably missed any important info, but it would be good to have info on 'how the toll will be collected' clearly on greeting page of E470 website. I called E470 and got some info. Thanks
