Contacted Laurel Land regarding the vases on the markers for my mother and sisters grave. Charmetria Avery-Jones called me promptly the next day and answered my questions. She actually went to the grave sites, took pictures and emailed them to me to ensure that all was at it should be. I always find the associates at Laurel Land to helpful and courteous. My family has used them for years.
