Absolutely worst service ever. Spend like 10 hours...

Absolutely worst service ever. Spend like 10 hours on the phone back and forth with these people because they punched in the order wrong and swapped our order with someone else, charging $2000 for a dinky $600 E series laptop.

Customer service rep refused access because of the swapped order and refused to assist in any way and pretty much accusing me of fraud. Finally got through to a bunch of other reps and managers, yet they refuse to correct the error because it is "not within our guidelines", and there's nothing they will do. Stole $1400 from us. Had to fire on every angle with a credit card chargeback and a better business bureau complaint before we got our money back.

Typical poor American customer service.
