I was initially leery about the initial low install and monthly costs affiliated with Smith Thompson. However, we had a great install tech who listened to our concerns and made sure we got the right system in place and that we were properly trained to use it. In our first month we had a couple of accidental alarms and we were called immediately. We are very pleased with our system and I highly recommend Smith Thompson!
