Between the confusing website and the various cashiers and staff members, it's a challenge to get a straight answer to any questions regarding where you can go and for how much. Some areas are free, some aren't. Others are free at times not at other times. Some are free for children but not others. That's already a problem. When you get admitted into the garden area, (after having paid 10 /adult and 9 /child), be on the watch for wasps, bees and other similar creatures who just won't leave you alone in some parts of the park... Especially if you're carrying drinks (yup, even a bottle of water...). The gardens are truly beautiful. There may be music and water shows in some areas, depending on when you're going. With the heavy traffic in summer, it's hard to visit both the inside of the castle and the garden... You may have to choose and see just one...
