After our horrible customer service experience at Maple Ridge Dodge Chrysler, we were pretty convinced we would never go near another Dodge or Chrysler again. Thank God we did! We got an amazing deal on a fabulous vehicle. The customer service was fantastic. They picked me up at my house to get the vehicle, filled It up with gas, fixed a few imperfections we found with the interior, offered us all of the financing and warranty options and didn't make a big deal when we declined them. They didn't loose interest when we told them it was a cash sale. And before leaving the lot, the salesman, Wilson, paired my phone to the stereo in the car. And so much more.
