Lovely grounds, rooms were average, breakfast was awful, staff were lovely, although they appeared over run, took a long time to answer the phone at reception and even longer to respond the the request over the phone.
Would be A LOT better if it wasn't a part of the Q Hotels chain. Spa was great, especially the outside thermal areas and hot tub. Would be more enjoyable if the spa had a drinks service.
