The folks that touch your pet seem geniune , i thank them and only them,, the rest of them vested in the business model will lie ,do cheat ,they steal and sell gloom and doom, tug on your emotions with a focus all to steal some extra cash from you.... here is their model. I do the very best for your pet , my experience says that, but verified, through more than one in that business , this place when they are done with your pet intend and will every single time , their sole purpose at that point is to kick your living ass into next year ....
The other hand is they are a 24 7 deal and you may find yourself with no choice.. they can't be beat ,but they can be berated into being fair , just fair and less is unacceptable , they are unfair and that is a fact ... every client they have ever had needs to critique and never stop doing so untill someone in that group has the decency to decide to be otherwise ...
It's very frustrating to be grateful and ashamed at the same time , but that is what will happen to you and you may have no choice .... these jerks need to be handled

Angie the creepy woman who refused to acknowledge that they're gouging is practice , refused and seemed to enjoy saying no way no how tough as are the lions share of opinions.. just had a worse incident with our pet , another place was significantly different and this one was more serious , these folks owe us an adjustment , they are a sorry excuse to their profession. Course the only thing they really care about is being a cash COW

Ok just saw how Google catalogs all a person reviews ,funny how this is the only negative review , oh yeah that's right , most ... Most do not have bad intentions, this is just an example of the more rare than common of those who just do... They should be ashamed and own up to their undoubted greed first model
