14 DAYS WITHOUT HOT WATER WITH NO END IN SIGHT!!!

It has now been almost 14 days with no hot water. I called for an update and there is no status on if my water heater has been ordered or when it will come in.

I want to reiterate that my family and I have been without hot water to cook, clean, or do dishes for 14 days while I wait on Landmark. I could have had my neighbor, a professional plumber, fix my hot water heater literally the next day it was broken. But since Landmark has a policy to only use the few contractors they work with I couldn t pursue that route and the opportunity is gone.

I won t even go into the hundreds of dollars of food I lost waiting for landmark to send a refrigerator repairman. It seems the company can t keep any sort of service level agreement.

6 days later review update: I still have no water heater, no timeline, and no answer. Wouldn t not recommend anyone choose this company.

Everything takes forever. Because you cant choose your own contractors it can be days to get service. Been without hot water for days now waiting on one of their plumbers to come look. Now I am waiting on purchasing to call me. I have called twice to get things escalated and faster service but nothing. I guess we will see. But not worth it as there are slightly more expensive options but much more value. My best friend has a competing warranty and they had hot water back in 48 hours . This has been the same story with other appliances. I went two weeks without a fridge when mine broke and they didn t get someone to me.
