I wanted to get my airbag recall taken care of and I called in June to order the part. The man I spoke with in the parts dept. was very clueless and did not seem to know much about how to reconcile this service need. After a long call, he assured me the part was on backorder from the manufacturer and I could expect a call when it came in, sometime in July, to then schedule the service. I called 2.5 months later, now September, and the parts dept. had no record of ordering the part for me. Luckily, this time the man I spoke with was helpful and told me I could come in the next day for service. Later, I had to call back to reschedule my appointment and when I did just now, the parts dept. was now closed. The woman that answered the phone, maybe in sales or another dept., was so rude to me I can't believe she is answering phones for a company! She tells me the dept. is closed so I have to call back when they are open to reschedule. Of course, I understand that, but now I will have to be at work when they open past my appt. tomorrow so may I please leave a message for the service/ parts dept. so they know not to expect me. She did not want to take a message and went back and forth finally taking my name and number. When I politely asked for her name she hung up on me. I tried to call back to make sure she got everything she needed and wanted her name so if I got a call tomorrow from them saying I didn't show for my appt., I could tell them I spoke with her. Based on 2 out of 3 experiences with them I will have no reason to go back or recommend them. There are plenty of Honda dealerships and not all car salespeople are incapable jerks.
