I adopted my two cats from here, one of which has a medical issue that they were very upfront and honest about. It's obvious how much dedication they put into caring for these animals until they get their forever home. I have also, sadly, had to surrender a different cat here and they were very sympathetic and kind. I called to check in every so often to see how he was doing and they were nice enough to answer my questions and even inform him when he was relocated to the Madison Cat Project. Everyone I've interacted with has been very friendly and helpful.
