TL;DR Made my grandparents feel un-welcomed. Decided to go another Audi dealer for the purchase.

I asked my grandparents to go in to look at the Audi Q3 for themselves. Simply put, its a superb compact SUV, and they were looking for something small, and loaded with safety features.

They were not greeted when walking in, they spent several minutes waiting for someone to approach them.
My grandparents expressed interest in the Q3 and the saleswoman redirected them to look at the Q5. Ignoring their interests. Pursued the Q5 in attempts to 'up-sell' and neglected to show them the models of the Q3 that they were there to see.

This is blatant negligence of the interests of the customer. There was tons of research behind the decision of the Q3, not simply because it was the cheapest Audi SUV. They needed something small yet tall enough to be comfortable.

It's hard enough helping them buy a car from another part of the country, this just made it more troublesome. Listen to the customers.
