Great location, nice looking hotel but upon closer...

Great location, nice looking hotel but upon closer inspection it really needs some TLC. The rooms are generous but are showing their age, the buffet breakfast is squeezed into a small area and you need to go early to beat the rush and the selection is moderate, nothing to get excited about. The customer service really does make up for some of the areas for improvement but this hotel does need a refresh

I stayed here on a weekend (16/06/18) and there was a function. The music was so loud even though I was on the 5th floor I could hear it clearly and could not sleep. It went on until past midnight and while I don't mind people celebrating it was far too loud and too late. I didn't sleep all night!

I had to move rooms due to maintenance and construction on the air-conditioning system. The inconvenience was understadaunde but was not impressed that no assistance was given to move my luggage to another floor
