Trying to get a refill on a medication for sleep is like pulling teeth. My husband's prescription is allowed to expire and trying to phone the doctor's office is impossible. Always routed to a message system that no-one feels obligated to call back. The most inept healthcare network I've ever seen in my 70 years on this earth.
