On December 24th at 2:15 p.m. we stopped by this dealership and met Keenan Chow. The dealership was closing that day at 3 p.m. because of Christmas Eve. So I had only 45 minutes. Within that 45 minutes Mr. Keenan offered me a test drive but before that, he had listened carefully and tried to understand what I was looking for it and he offered me to try the Tiguan Highline. Myself and my family went for test drive and we just loved it.

The colour that I was looking for it, the date I was looking for, it was very picky. Delivery date that I was requesting on December 30th because that was my anniversary date. I wanted to surprise my wifey. I went to many locations with her but never bought any vehicle so she thought it is probably one of those test drive things.

Choose the silver colour and the last moment change it to black. Guess what!!?? at 7:30 p.m. I emailed him for color change, Kenan was at home, he left his home went to the dealership and checked it if the black one is available in his lot or not!! and then updated the paperwork's send me again from office and gave me the vehicle on Dec 30th at 5:00 pm.

This is not just a customer service or salesmanship. It is something Beyond customer service.
Every person at that dealership are so courteous, so nice and so friendly. While I was waiting for my vehicle, I was offered for beverages not once but many times by many people just to make sure that I am not thirsty or need something or being left behind in the corner.

The conclusion of this long writing is to understand a person needs to fill their desire and to anticipate their requirements. These are the few approaches which helps people to change their mind, change their budget, change or commit in to a transaction.
