This was my second time coming to this dealership ...

This was my second time coming to this dealership for my oil change and just like the first time I had an exceptional experience with Zack.
I live up near San Antonio and come down here to have my car serviced and will continue to do so in the future. Zack has always been very amazing, helpful, honest and from my experience definitely goes above and beyond for you.
When I came to get my oil change taken care of we pulled up that my car also had an open recall that needed to get fix so he was able to get me scheduled for this coming Saturday.
However after leaving I found out that Saturday wouldn't work out for me like I originally thought since I don't have someone to give me a ride for that day. Immediately I gave Zack a call and told him the news and ask if it was possible if he can get me in today since I will have a ride today.
He immediately helped me and got my car back in that same day to get the recall taken care of. He also went above and beyond my expectations and was able to get it out and ready for pick up later that afternoon. This helped me so much so I wouldn't have to find a ride and drive back the next day!
He always goes above and beyond and that day shows it even more! He is the big reason why I come back to this dealership because of the outstanding customer service he provides.
The staff in the service and parts department are just all around amazing and very friendly! Zack has always been really great to me and the wonderful lady in the parts department is so kind and sweet! They are really honest and trustworthy and definitely provide exceptional customer service!
