The beds were very comfortable and staff was friendly. The bathrooms need a major update. They look like they are suppose to be an open shower concept, but definitely aren't with one fixed glass pane and an open area beside the pane with a lip to step in. That one pane does not deter water from getting the whole bathroom floor wet. It was soaked every time the shower was used. The tile was also a brown color and needed culked bad. Also there is nothing for the guest to use in the room really. No microwave, no mini fridge, just a tablet to order room service,but that didnt work half the time or froze. We were in the king deluxe "suite". Overall just an okay experience for the price you pay to stay there.
