Dishonest dealership. Called to check availability...

Dishonest dealership. Called to check availability of a specific used car I found on their website. I spoke with Karline Kerman who, before confirming availability inquired if it was just that car I was looking for. I said it was just that car and that car only. Karline then assured me it was available and made an appointment for me to test drive it. I asked if she knew where it was located on the lot in case I arrived early I would drive around and check it out. She replied that right now it was between two other cars in a section that was three deep but that they d get it pulled out for me. Upon arrival it was clear the car I had an appointment to see was not in fact available anymore. It had been 30 minutes since she confirmed it was but after getting to the dealership for my appointment and stating three times I wasn t interested in any other cars I was told the car had already been sent to auction. They also mentioned the car would stay marked as available online until Monday at the earliest? Bottom line, if a dealership will lie about availability (it s currently parked between two cars) to get you to their lot over a two thousand dollar used Jetta then they surely shouldn t be trusted selling you a new car or being trusted with your maintenance
