I really want to know why this dealer offers an oil change coupon for $19.99 and the total prices comes out to be over $30? When I asked for an explanation and breakdown of costs, the representative simply said, "The coupon calls for conventional oil and we don't have it. We just take $12 off of the regular price." If you don't have conventional oil, why offer the coupon?
