I booked a Suburban or similar size vehicle 4 months early. A few days before the pick-up, we called with a simple question and were told they don t ever have that size vehicle. Why did they even allow us to book it then???? The agent looked at our region and never found a vehicle. We ended up having to cancel and going with another company for an extra $200. I do NOT recommend anyone renting from this company.
