Better than three Stars; but not quite four! But considering it's in the middle of nowhere, three stars is OK!

It's concession-operated and as such, is a pretty slick operation. General set up is funky/fun and works pretty well. I was in the RV campground, which clearly operates as an afterthought to the hotel. The common areas (registration, general store, restaurant, bar, pool) are all Old West themed and fine. Towels provided at pool. Fun international mix of clientele makes listening fun at the pool. Afternoon cookies is a nice touch, and the gift shop and general store both have a surprisingly broad range of essentials and knick-knacks.

Registration staff quite knowledgeable and nice park hand outs are available.

Downsides, if camping, are:
1. Funky system of having to go through to pool to get to the shower room, which requires a new access card each day. Weird and slightly aggravating.
2. Shower room not keep very clean. Fine if you're a hotel guest and using it only to shower before your swim, but not not clean enough if it's your only place to bathe and do your toilette.
3. Walking path from RV Camping area to main registration & shower area is poorly delineated and difficult to negotiate after dark.
