I sent it my phone last week, and just like I was quoted from one plus the price was the same. I contacted futuretel and they provided me with all the information and updates needed to proceed and it was a pretty smooth experience. I'm a little confused as to why some people are leaving bad reviews but I had a positive experience. My repair looks great thus far, and I would like to say thank you to futuretel.
