Cheat! Their person came to our office, took the payment online and did not activate the service because of the ECS mandate that THEY did not collect from us. It has been over 2 weeks.
The sales guy Mr. Shyam Kumar does not pick up the phone after taking the payment.
3 complains already raised and their so called "concerned department" is still "getting in touch" with me.
Just good at extorting money from business owners.
NEVER EVER BUY A JUST DIAL LISTING.
