I bought a used Ford Fiesta ST today and could not be happier. My first appointment was last Friday. The car had just come in and wasn't ready to view. I rung at 9am, explaining that I was only back home for the day and they had it ready for me before Midday. I was looked after by Nathan - he was particularly friendly and informative. Never in the time I was there did I feel pressured or obliged to take the car. The car was yet to be MOT'd so I came back today to take it for a full test drive. There were a few marks on the car/alloys that I had noticed on the first viewing, all of which had been refurbished to an unnoticeable standard, it had also been serviced and MOT'd in the few days since my last visit. The handover was today looked after by Micky. Again there was no pressure and the overall feel of the service was excellent. Really happy with my purchase and could not have asked for a smoother process throughout. Would recommend to anyone!
