I have been an Internode customer for 10 years. Exceptional customer service. Had major problems with noise on our line. Telstra's technician was "unable to find the fault" which causes a $100 call out fee, and then their (Telstra) salesperson ran me a day later to tell me if I changed to Telstra I would have no problems. Internode actually sorted it out in no time.
On one occasion we had a billing error. One phone call and I had the corrected bill emailed to me 15 minutes later.
