I lived in the Lithonia GA property" Belle Vista" ...

I lived in the Lithonia GA property" Belle Vista" for 5 years. Management & Corporate are horrible!!!!! I moved out back in July 2018 and to this date I have not received my deposit back of $480. Prior to moving, I made sure the apartment was clean and no damage was left. I have Pictures of all Rooms. Additionally, I have ALWAYS paid my rent on time & was an EXCELLENT Tenant, I'm still fighting to get my deposit. IF I was LATE on my RENT I would have been put out by now!!!!! RESIDENTS- BE SURE to take PICTURES of your unit before moving out, IF your not a RESIDENT DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!! Save yourself Time, Money and a Headache. IT APPEARS THE ONLY WAY TO RESOLVE THIS IS THRU COURT.
