I want to share with everyone my experience at this hotel. I almost never write reviews but I wanted this time everyone to know about this hotel ... Me and my family are from New York and we visit this hotel for a few days And it was a horrible stayed since the moment we arrive ... I pay for a room with balcony instead we got a room that we couldn t even open the windows. the pluming in the room was bad and so the water in the sink and bathtub was not draining bc it was full of hair ... room was not clean when we arrive ... it smell bad ...costumer service was horrible ... it seem to be that No one was in the same page ..continental breakfast and parking they charge everyday but they don t tell you when you book and the amount of money is just ridiculous ... way to high for the service .... and I don t mind pay if the service is good but this was not the case ... in general my Friends I encourage you to not have this hotel as of your first second and not even third option .... this hotel SUCKS !!!!!
