I was on the 18th floor and it was still very noisy, could hear all traffic and police sirens all through the night, I would say quite lousy soundproofing. Secondly, all lights in the room have to be turned on/off individually, so cumbersome. Third, you have to pay for the WiFi! Lastly, it was annoying not to have the rooftop open on a weeknight.
On the plus side, comfy bed and okay morning coffee.
