Went to purchase a new CX9 my husband and I turned up at 3pm on a Thursday afternoon when the reception was lovely and couldn't do anymore to help she sent a salesman over who couldn't be bothered to deal with us. He told us to come back on a Saturday! Are you serious??? we were there NOW! And also we like r over an hour away He wouldn't let us test drive a car. Absolutely disgusted Essendon Mazda!!!
