I have frequented the establishment for many years now, from a general point of view the hotel is comfortable, the pools are large but it is a hotel at more than 200 per night, a 4 star hotel where we have no or more 4-star services,

The hamam no longer diffuses essential oil, there are a lot of small ceramic tiles often missing, it is set to a minimum and there is not enough steam, the sauna has been broken for weeks, still in the hamam the porthole The view on the beach was blocked by a vulgar piece of cardboard, it is really not very classy and one of the two water taps was simply doomed.

But my biggest disappointment is without a doubt the restaurant staff, I had to call 3 times for someone to pick up what an unfriendly, even less professional lady is doing who put me on hold for 10 more minutes without even apologizing and replied that there were people, she made me repeat the command several times, however simple because she had nothing to write down, of course the command arrived wrong,
She made me feel that we are annoying, I wonder who authorizes this person to take the orders.
luckily the waiter who brought us room service was very kind and worthy of a 4 star hotel.

The pool and hotel reception staff, on the other hand, are very professional.
