Absolutely horrible! The high interest rates are one thing, but my credit wasn't great, so I understood. However, for three months in a row, I made payments and received email confirmations of the payments but the money was apparently never taken out of my account. Nor did they follow up with me regarding this being an issue for three additional months (yet they called me every other month when I was one day late!) Because of the history of them calling when there was an issue, I thought all was good. I live paycheck to paycheck, and don't "balance a checkbook" (bad on my part), but I just never suspected anything was wrong with the account since I had done my part and received the confirmations. One gentleman did try to assist, but ultimately, they did a one-time two month deferment, which really just costs me more interest. The "Dashboard" was not updated for months, so without calling in, and dealing with some not-so-knowledgeable or friendly people, you did not know that payments were not reflected, or what your balance was.
And the kicker today is...although I have been making my payments through the website, using the same login ID email for the past 18 months, my email address is no longer a valid email address in their system. So now I have to call in to those lovely people to figure out what the heck has gone wrong this time.
This is not a company I could ever in good conscience recommend to anyone, and encourage anyone considering using this company, even if you have questionable credit, to look elsewhere first.
