IMPRESSIVE! This casino is very people centric and customer friendly. All of the staff I encountered seemed genuinely interested in ensuring I had a great experience and readily available. As a first time visitor and with timing, I was offered 20 times the points at the players club. While on the floor, I was approached by a gentleman named Troy who asked if I was having a good time. After a short conversation, Troy pulled out a $20 bill and told me to have a good time, took me to a machine to show me how the 20x bonus worked and presented a pass for a free buffet. I have gone to other casino, but never did I have such a pleasant and welcoming first time experience.
I must note that I only visited the casino, not the hotel. That being said, what was immediately apparent, aside from great customer service, were the roaming cashiers, who by waving your hand or pressing your service button, would come to you and cash out your vouchers at the machine. Waiting in line is a thing of the past unless you're at the ATM. The buffet was good, I had the prime rib which was excellent, however, the macaroni and cheese, brisket and fried chicken could use a little more seasoning. While I understand line classification (diamond, VIP, etc), I do have issues when 3 staff members are dedicated to VIP and mid tier customers while the classic line had to wait.
As with any other casino, when it comes to slots (that's all I played), it comes down to luck although these machines seemed to pay out. I did lose about $110, but I had fun.
