My son got in a serious accident and I need to be with him but can get a refund, the confirmation says refund is what the motels policy, motel told me they could help me if I would made Reservation with them. This company will not refund because of the language that they deceive you with. Will never use this again and everybody I can tell I will.NEVER WILL USE RESERVATIONS. COM again
