I have been with this dealership since 1999, having just bought my first BMW. When I drove that particular car off the lot, I vowed never to own any other car. I feel even stronger about that today. Aside from being the best car on the road today, the service I have received every time I go in, is nothing short of stellar. I had my first service rep, Raiford, for 12 years, and could not have been happier, 100% of the time. Shortly after purchasing my 2nd BMW, Raiford retired, and needless to say, you may as well have cut off my arms and legs! I did not feel that way for more than a nanosecond, because David Truong stepped in as my service advisor. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable, but he is attentive, kind, respectful and always keeps his word. He takes alot of time to explain what needs to be done (on a good day, I know zero about cars) and I have never, ever felt like I was being told anything but the truth. I love my car, am so grateful for the great folks at the dealership and especially for David. David, you are one in a million, and please do not retire for at least 50 years!
