My experience at Honda was excellent. Although it was a busy day, my car was serviced promptly. Eric explained me the service which had been performed and asked if I had any questions. He was very courteous and made sure I was completely satisfied. This is my second time assisted by Eric, he is efficient and very professional. I also want to thank the shuttle staff for the round trip service, very kind and professional. Very pleased with the service received in general. Thanks Honda Serranonte!!!
