My husband and I visited the 401 Dixie Auto Mall on September 5 with the hope of seeing and testing some cars that we had recently been researching. We had our hearts set on the Acura MDX, but wanted to compare it with other vehicles.
We perused the large lot at Infiniti on our own (No salesperson with us), and we kept in mind what we may want to revisit and learn more about. No salesperson came out to see us, but we found that ok because it gave us the chance to thoroughly see different options. Also, I have had horrible experiences in the past with car salesmen and I was dreading the idea of having to sit down with one with their pushy and creepy tactics!
Made our way around to the other dealerships, eventually only taking one vehicle for a test drive.
Back to Infiniti....
Met a very friendly face, Matthew Dorosti, who was super friendly and highly knowledgeable. We could see that he was busy, but Matthew took the time to answer all our questions and more. He offered to take us for a test drive in the QX60, and then the true experience with Matthew and Dixie/401 Infiniti began.
Wow....he knew that truck inside and out! We were thoroughly impressed with the level of knowledge and appreciation he has for the vehicles. It was obvious that he truly has an affinity for these cars and takes such pride in the vehicles he sells and stands by. And I must say, he was NOT pressuring us in any way or using typical selling tactics which I absolutely find insulting as a customer.
We fell in love with the QX60!! It has all the bells and whistles that anyone could want and more! We loved the truck, yes, but Matthew truly made the difference between the maybe and the DEFINITELY!

Matthew has gone beyond the call of duty and gone above and beyond of what a salesperson does. He took the time to answer my calls immediately after I left with the vehicle, because of course I had questions I forgot to ask while I was there!! Even after business hours, Matthew has helped us out tremendously and I cannot emphasize our gratitude for his service and care.

He has re-instilled my faith in car salesmen/women!
We would most DEFINITELY return to purchase a vehicle at Infiniti, specifically with Matthew. We have already given his name out a few times :) !!
By the way, we LOVE the QX60!!

Thank you Matthew for all you have done and hopefully continue to do with us and your future customers! Its the little things you do and have done that we will always remember.
