The whole adopting process is simple which is good...

The whole adopting process is simple which is good but they're super understaffed! Got there around 1PM, knew EXACTLY which kitten we wanted from the get-go, so we decided to just ask for the paperwork, waited about two hours just for the rude lady that processes all the adoptions to tell us that we need to spend at least 15 minutes with the cat in order to adopt them, (just to see if we like them & if they're comfortable with us, which I understand) at that point we obviously said ohkay, let us spend time with them then, which we did, we loved the kitten, so we proceeded with wanting to do the paperwork, then we had to wait another hour or so because now there was a line & wait list!! There's only ONE lady doing the paper work & ONE cashier! Long story short we got out around four almost 5PM!!!! So annoying
