I would give this company a negative if there was any option to do that. They are a rip off. They charge $25 account setup fee each time a new tenant moves into an apartment. Even though I had an account with them through my previous apartment community they charged me $25 when I moved to new apartment community. This is in extra to $3.95 they charge service fee/ month. Also there is no transparency on how the utility bill is calculated and seems like they are charging the random amount.
