no greeting, just passed off between 3 guys that jumped right into business. First words from 2nd guy: "I need your key." First words from 3rd guy: "last name?"

quoted 2 hours. at 2 1/2 hours I noticed car was parked out front. had to go up and ask about it. Was told a different guy was now handling it, I waited for him then original guy said he actually had my paperwork now.

bathroom was very dirty

Kids room had blocks that were the dirtiest I'd ever seen. 3 books- one in Japanese. Nothing else.
