BE CAREFUL OF WHICH BUILDING YOU ARE IN. Now Larimar Or Now Garden Larimar.

Now Garden Larimar:
Garden view is really jungle view. Imagine being on the ground floor with garden view, don't be surprised.
I travel three times a year, the Now Garden Larimar was quite an experience.
The staff was amazing just like any other resort.
We requested two rooms with two double beds and got two rooms with one bed each. I asked to be switched, I was told they are fully booked and nothing they can do. I told the manager and desk person to bring my suitcase from that room and bring it back to the lobby as it's less stressful in the lobby than the room. Magically, immediately two rooms with two beds were made available.
Once I moved into the new room, the mini fridge wasn't working. It was replaced right away, however it was not restocked for three days. They claimed they had no beers. Funny thing, everywhere else on the resort had beers.
Room service was missed once and next time was an hour and a half wait.
The resort is massive with beautiful grounds. You get use to the walking. The shuttle is slow, but understanding. It's about a 13 minute walk to the beach but worth it. Like any other resort, reserve your beach chairs early in the morning.
Would not recommend Now Garden Larimar but Now Larimar might be worth it. Now Larimar is the newer side and closer to everything.
Now Garden Larimar does have a boring pool with bad cocktails and one restaurant (Italian), excellent food. The other restaurants weren't that good and the buffet was ok.
It was a group 16 of us and 12 of us had issues with our rooms. The other 4 were in the Now Larimar, with minor complaints.
Be careful of where your room(s) located. You may not enjoy sitting out in your balcony in the evenings, scary jungle view.
Resort need to change room names. Change garden view to jungle view and this way people would not be surprised.
