Right away, the salesman, Tommy, asks us about our needs, not the payment, which is pretty rare at a car dealer. He listens carefully to what we say and by doing so, he's able to show us exactly what we are looking for. He did such a great job that we bought the car! John, the manager was really nice too. In fact, 5 years ago, he was a salesman at the same car dealer and we bought our truck from him. Since then, without any surprises, he was promoted as the manager.
