The hotel looks beautiful...the room was large but...

The hotel looks beautiful...the room was large but the basics of room was awful. They told us we were upgraded with a patio..went to open the screen and it fell off. The toilet ran continuously and the valve was off so you couldnt turn off the water flow. Shower was unusable..the valve was loose and couldnt get warm water so couldnt even shower. When the maintenance man came he couldn't fix anything and was in a hurry to get out. So if this was an upgrade i hate to see what the other rooms were like for $300 a night...it was just aweful.
