Same story from me I was put in touch with these amateurs by my insurance company after a non fault accident the other driver admitted fault at the scene. My wife and two young children were in the car a below average claim was settled for wife and eldest child but two years after crash I'm still waiting for youngest child's very poor settlement to be paid when carpenters took over a lady named Wei ling said she'd sort everything out but hasn't bothered this is a terrible terrible company
