I have been to this photo lab on 4 different occas...

I have been to this photo lab on 4 different occasions for print work. They do a good job with printing the work. However, each and every time I have been there, there is this condecending type of attitude projected by all that work there. It's not an outright thing, but it is there. It seems that they enjoy making absolutely sure that they appear to know MUCH more than any customer. They know ALL information and the customer is just some sort of pawn that needs something and they know they have it. There's an older woman there... she knows ALL and the customer is completely ignorant is the attitude I have experienced from her each time I have been in there. Recently, there is a young somewhat dishoveled girl there. Typical millennial... doesn't talk much, but when she does it's that of, "did you do this? Did you do that?" She will speak of "HER" print guy, as if she owns him. Again, very typical millennial. They all want to jump to the "Be right with you" for anyone that walks in, and then they will quickly shove you to the side, or attempt to rush the business they are having with you. I've been fair in my attempts with four visits and a lot of money. They have the "store front" and the "pretty" face, but the attitude is atrocious, and should be dealt with. However, those of us in business know that when you have this "bad attitude" spread throughout an organization, it's the leadership or the owners at the core of the problem. It all trickles down. Until this is addressed there will likely be no change. The first thing that should happen is the young Millennial should be fired. Today. The older woman needs to just stop "acting" high and mighty. I don't care if she owns the place, she is not better than her lowest paying customer! She's knowledgable, but stop with the cocky old school teacher attitude and try just being nice UP FRONT! The whole place is just condescending and it's a very unpleasant experience. Again, I've tried four times. I am done now and will drive to Austin if I have to in an effort to get better customer service. I'm sure they do not care. I'm just one lonely customer. I will tell everyone I know, not to use them, I will continue to write reviews and I don't ever write reviews. I will do these things in an effort to help educate the consumer to go elsewhere for a better experience. If I could give half a star I would, because that is what is deserved here. It's quite a dicotomy as I make up that THEY believe they are five star worthy! Therein lies the problem!
