4 hours to take off 3 pallets. I just dont understand. It takes less than 2 mins to take that off. Any discrepancy with overage or shortage. Take it up with the customer. Give me paperwork and I'm gone. I get paid to pick up and deliver only. Anything beyond that is extra which I should be able to refuse. Create new efficiency system and get people off your property faster which is a liability.
