So I called the Cabela's in Lone Tree Colorado looking for a specific firearm, followed the directions on the recording and pressed 3 for firearms. The Phone then proceeded to ring for 72 times before I hung up and called back dialing the operator this time. The operator looked up the item I was looking for and told me that the store does not have it in stock but that they may have it in the used section, she connected me to the used section where a gentleman answered the phone, after listening to me and that I was searching for a specific weapon promptly told me to hang up go on the website look at their used inventory and if I found it there call him back! I'm guessing Cabela's has all the money in the world and doesn't need to sell any items during the Christmas season!! On the flip side I called Big R, they answer the phone promptly sent me right to the gun desk gym and told me he did not have the product I was looking for but could order it took my credit card over the phone order the rifle and I will have it in four days! Hey Cabela's!! that's customer service!!
