During our most recent vehicle purchase we had several frustrating experiences at other dealerships. McLaughlin was our last stop out of four dealerships when we were looking for a new Colorado, and we were not hopeful that something was going to get done based upon our experience at the other three dealerships. However, Doreen, Dave, and Keith provided a truly amazing experience. They were empathetic to our situation and really treated us like family. We at no point experienced the typical pressure of a car dealership and they were able to get us into a vehicle with all the options we wanted at a price we were comfortable with.
