Last week whilst on holiday, I had to suddenly change my flight due to an emergency back home. I was helped over the phone by a lovely man named Rob, who pulled up the cheapest and quickest flight that Crystal Travel had to offer. Today, I booked some more flights for another holiday next month and due to my first experience with Crystal Travel, I decided to fly with them again. This time, I was helped by another really lovely man named Harry, who found me a cheap flight with very short layover times. Crystal Travel offer great prices and have very helpful staff. I would recommend travelling with them!
