I called the dealership over the phone and gave a detailed description of my vehicle, what I owed and my current monthly payments. I know my ask was a lot to trade in my car (it has damage), and that is why I called ahead to see if what I wanted was possible (to reduce my payments). They said "of course it is possible. Come in!"

I go to the dealership and the sales guy would only show me a 2017 to trade in with payments that were exactly the same AND on a longer term. He refused to show me anything else even when I asked.

It would have been better if he had listened to me in the first place and told me what I was looking for wasn't possible over the phone instead of wasting both our time. Will not being going to a place that doesn't listen to the needs of customers ever again.

I would rate this 0 stars, but one star is the lowest. Bonus was the free coffee.
